Sometimes commercial real estate professionals can make a difference just by doing their jobs.
Like when they bring new employment opportunities to an area.
That’s what three commercial pros with NAI Isaac recently did in Lexington, Ken. And in today’s economy, that’s no small thing.
NAI Isaac’s Paul Ray Smith, executive vice president; Bruce Isaac, senior vice president; and broker Anne Kilcoyne, recenty represented landlord Chase Tower in a deal that brings Kentucky Spirit Health Plan, Inc., to the building in downtown Lexington.
The best news? Kentucky Spirit Health Plan, which provides health, behavioral, vision, dental and pharmacy services to Kentucky residents, will bring with it 200 jobs to Lexington.
The health plan will move into its new 36,000-plus-square-foot office space in February of next year.
Jake McDonald with Cassidy Turley and Ernie Arnold with The Gibson Company represented Kentucky SPirit Health Plan in the transaction.
Jobs are hard to come by today. The addition of 200 new ones into a city is something worth celebrating.
