Baum Realty Group’s investment sales team celebrates impressive run of Chicago-area sales

Baum Realty Group’s investment sales team of Danny Spitz and Greg Dietz recently celebrated an impressive feat: The pair brokered the sales of five multi-million dollar properties in the Chicago area. The team’s big deals included a total of 81,606 square feet for a combined sales price of more than $16.65 million.

What did the team move?

Spitz and Dietz sold 1422-1426 N. Milwaukee Avenue, a mixed-use redevelopment in the Bucktown/Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago for $4.2 million.

701-749 N. Milwaukee Avenue, a 100-percent leased multi-tenant retail strip center for $4.9 million in the Chicago suburb of Wheeling. This project is anchored by the Westin North Shore Hotel.

4700 N. Kimball Avenue, a 100-percent leased multi-tenant retail strip center adjacent to the Kimball Brown Line el station. This project sold for $2.3 million.

847 N. Larrabee Street, a development parcel in Chicago’s River North neighborhood for $4.1 million.

1312-1314 N. Clybourn Avenue and 1321 N. Larrabee Street, a mixed-use redevelopment within Chicago’s North and Clybourn Corridor that sold for $1.15 million.
